Sorry...

So. I have actually been baking...believe it or not. But every time I cook something, it is eaten before I get a chance to take a photo. I made honeycomb twice (the first time it burnt...) and also chocolate fudge. The fudge was AH-MA-ZING; really easy to make and so creamy! The honeycomb wasn't real great, and I have just discovered that the recipe is missing anyway. So here's the fudge (with no picture...sad face)

{Creamy Chocolate Fudge}

Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of milk
Vanilla
1/4 cup of butter (NOT margarine)
7 marshmallows (white), cut into quarters
14g of unsweetened chocolate (I didn't have unsweetened, I just used 70% cocoa dark chocolate and it worked
85g of chocolate chips
85g of milk chocolate chips

  1. Line a medium baking tin with non-stick paper.
  2. In a saucepan, mix together sugar, milk, vanilla and butter; stir to combine.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Let it boil for about 40-60 seconds, stirring constantly.
  4. NOTE: you need to move quickly through these next steps, so have all the ingredients ready.
  5. Turn off the heat, but leave the saucepan on the burner.
  6. Add the marshmallows, stir vigorously until melted through.
  7. Add each of the chocolate separately, in the order given above. Stir each in until melted.
  8. Pour quickly into the prepared tin and let cool. Enjoy!!
